Celebrating Prof Bala Dogo

Professor Bala Dogo is the first professor to present an inaugural lecture in Kaduna State University. The lecture titled, Planning and Working with people: an essential strategy for Human Development  was delivered on 24th May, 2016. Professor Dogo moved from Nigerian Defence Academy Kaduna to Kaduna State University as a full Professor after favourable external assessment as the first professor in KASU. He resumed duty in KASU in 2006 as the HOD, Geography Department. He was appointed the Dean, Faculty of Science from 2008-2012. He was recalled from sabbatical leave from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria to establish the Post graduate school. He was appointed the pioneer Dean of Postgraduate school KASU. He has a wealth of experience in teaching and supervising undergraduate and post graduate students.
